The trick is to push at that lower rail as long and fast as possible. You should then be able to make the jump closer to the end of that electric strip before the cart activates it.

Yeah, it would have to be one hell of a seasoned and well-done turkey to be that dark, but I've never had goose or duck. I just knew it wasn't chicken, and since it's Thanksgiving ... lol.
