Here is my thought.  SMB3 is amazing and all, but I they perfected every aspect of that game in SMW.  That is actually how I see most of those franchises, the NES gave us a wonderful foundation that was polished and perfected in the SNES entries.

Talking about Metroid and losing all her gear...  In Prime 3 she actually starts off with a surprising amount of gear.  Unless I am mistaken she starts with missiles, morph ball, bombs and the charge beam or something.  I can't remember all the details. 

Just thought of an easy one to add to my top 10 favourite games of the generation.  Ratchet and Clank Future:  A Crack in Time.  Those games are just fun.

That is precisely why I keep coming back to Nintendo.  They may make questionable decisions, but they do know how to make FUN games.

I would be torn to choose between Galaxy and the Prime 3(or the trilogy if that is allowed).  Without any doubt I know that they are in my top 10 favourite games of the generation...  the other 8 slots is where it becomes very difficult.

They do have a hexagon at some point, don't they?  that makes it even more confusing.

Okay, that trailer does make me excited for the game.  

Awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome and awesome.  Half Life 2 is timeless as Matt said.  

Descent is a blast from my past  I had nightmares because of that game.  Not that is was necessarily scary, but I played it in the dark and was fully immersed in the game. Plus, there are enemies that silently stalk you.

I do want to see Winter Soldier, but have too much going on at the moment to even watch Thor 2.

So many good games for the PSP.  I am not quite sure why Sony's handhelds don't do better, they do have access to amazing content.

I really want to play through Thomas was Alone again...  and FTL...  and Bastion...  and then maybe start Transistor.

The only thing I want to see at E3 is something new.  

I second that one.

I love this game.  It does feel very appropriate that they released it the week before Memorial Day.
