A grasshopper? That makes it even weirder!
The premise for some of these games is just weird, which lends itself to weird box art. But others have no excuse.

It's hard to fault the boxing game since it's so early (1980!), so you're right about that.
I have no clue what a karnaaj is (sounds like a made-up word), but anyone could put their ugly mug on the cover of a box!
