Pretty much any good game from the PS1 or PS2, HD them.

Yeah its all pretty straight forward, it never really gets too cryptic.
I'm a history buff and I try to show people how the republicans are doing everything they can to bring this country back to the year 1900. No minimum wage, no FDA, no OCA, let the rich do as they please and stomp the working class poor into the ground. Then people who consider themselves republicans but are not even close to being rich want to start quoting Ayn Rand and the perks of social Darwinism. Its a pipe dream fantasy, the american dream is that, nothing more than a dream, a pretty piece of propaganda to make poor people think they actually have a chance in a rigged system.
As you mentioned its the classic divide and conquore tactic, its never really been about black vs white, its alway been about rich vs poor. Anyone who wants to argue that needs to go read some books on European history, rich white people oppressing poor white people.
There are lots of reasons to feel sorry for the millinials and up coming generation, but missing out of the golden age of video games, or at the very least not understanding it is at the top of the list. I got my friends kid a copy of Chronotrigger for his DS, and he just can't figure it out. The concept of strategy, following clues in the story to know where to go next, it goes right over his head. I figure when he gets a little older maybe he will come to appretiate it.
I like a lot of my PS3 games, but none of them have made an impression on me the way say tmnt 2 arcade , super castlevania IV, or final fantasy VI have.
That is a beast. And those long shelled toms by the hi-hat? Crazy!
Yeah, I'm workin with a Roland TD3 electronic kit, I live in a loft apartment so an accoustic kit is impossible right now. But I'm lookin to start playing with some people and it sounds good enough, but the hi-hat sounds are lame and the pedal response is not very good. So adding a real real hi-hat should make it work until I can get somewhere where I can have a nice accoustic set again. A nice simple 5 piece would work for me. Although I am torn between a DW or a Yamaha.
I have been on the fence on getting a psp or vita cause there are a lot cool lookin japanese games on both. Thing is I hardly even play my DS as it is. I'd hate to drop the coin for one only to end up with a realy expensive paper weight. About the only place I play my DS is when I work the market on Mon & Tues, but its been so buissy lately (which is good) I never get the chance. But God Eater Burst sounds like my kind of game.
Glad I waited cause this sounds cool, and probly gonna wait to get this too just because I've been spending too much money on games and game related stuff lately, lol. I need to by some cloths and get a hi-hat stand and symbols for my drum kit. My priorities have been a little off the mark.
The arranged collection for Chrono Trigger called Brink of Time has been getting a lot of play in my car. There are a lot of soundtracks I want to track down. I'm old school and I like physical copies of my music, but I was not aware stuff like this was available on Itunes, I may have to check it out.
I'm not trying knock casual gamers, but I just get annoyed when things get watered down and homoginized to please the masses vs the core audience. There has been a lot of talk about most casual gamers flocking to moble devices and away from consoles, which has some people wonder if the next gen of consoles with be the last. I doubt it, but it is an unsettling thought none the less.
Sadly there will be enough hardcore fanboys and "casual gamers" to buy this sorry joke of a console to make it a moderate success. Personaly I don't like Microsoft and would love to see them get a dose of humility to their hubris.
