Yea, Mark and I got into them at the same time and we've played all of them co-op from the start. In every game we co-op though, I'm always the explorer and he's the guy who plows ahead for more action. Sometimes that is a problem.

A lot of movies push the 2 hour mark these days. 90 mintues seems old fashioned to me lately.
I didn't even look at the running time of Suicide Squad before or after the film. I didn't think it was overly long or anything. It seemed paced just right. Now movies that push the 3 hour mark like Lord of Rings I really notice. I start squirming in my seat even though I love those films.
I liked the psychedelic design of the film - the "colorfully punk", as you put it, style.
I think they oversexed Harley Quinn a bit. They did make her the smart one, as she's supposed to be, but she's shown to use her sex appeal a bit overmuch. It's one of her weapons, but she comes across a little bit superficial.
Also, I thought Joker (I'm thinking of the Batman Animated Series episodes with Harley Quinn and the Gotham City Sirens comic series), only barely tolerated Harley Quinn and even used her for his own purposes frequently. That was part of her insanity, that she loved Joker who didn't love her back. In the movie Joker expresses his love for her several times. That seemed a change.
I didn't think about the politics of it, but I don't really follow that stuff. However, I did read up a bit about Benghazi, since you mentioned it, and I'm not quite sure who the Suicide Squad is in this allegory.
Hyperdevotion Noir seems interesting. Nice title too.
I want to try Shy Guy’s Pineapple Lime Coconut Sorbet. There's a Yogurtland near me, but not that near - 18.5 miles.
Mark and I were just talking about going up to a flea market again like we used to all the time. We stopped because the internet made all the vendors think they could charge outrageous prices. I'd like to check it out again to see if it's changed, but I kind of doubt it. Cheap deals are hard to find these days.
I think EDF 4.1, the upgraded EDF 2025, just arrived on Steam. Weirdly I've been thinking about this series this week. I wanna shoot some bugs.
Those are two interesting RPGs I'll probably add to my list to play when I get a chance.
I've liked the RE movies. I'll see this one too. They have a lot of style and I like that. Some movies get bogged down in story and dialog. I like it when they focus on the visuals more like the recent Mad Max.
