I don't mind the backwards compatibility too much as I won't buy PS4 until i'm done with the PS3 but I get why people are. I agree totally with your re-release opinion. To be honest, I'm not even sold on sequels. I want new IP's next gen

It seems a lot of people are pretty like minded on this. I think I'm willing to pay $350 for it (in a bundle preferably) and can wait until than
This is where I'm at for the next few years too. I know temptation will take over than
Welcome. I think I rather the system here also (that may be the new car smell though )
Sorry to hear. This happened to me with my 1st PS3 but fortunately I hadn't had it for too long at them time. It was a while before I started MGS4 again though and I did sell a couple of games in a fit of rage ha. Chin up
haha no problem. I've only heard good things about them so I reckon i'll add them to the want list
I was thinking of getting into this series seeing as the first two are so cheap now. Did you play the first Dead Space? I hear it's meant to be pretty terrifying
Wow, 700 games is crazy. You could prob skip the next 2-3 gens if you wished I completely agree with the reliability issue too, the reasons for early adopting are few when I really think about it.
The first console I owned was the PS1 (strict parents), so outside of arcades, that's about as retro as I get. I did enjoy old mario and bubble bobble games at a friends house back in the day
Tomb Raider looks exciting but I don't think i'd go full price on it. I'll prob pick it up with it drops to $40. Bioshock Infinite is the safer bet I feel unless the TR reviews released so far blow you away
Games indeed. Thanks for the welcome. I'll try to post relatively often to stay involved.
