Lets see......I really don't have anything today. I am not very good at ranking things or making top lists so I don't see that as an option. What else......um I found out I had a backloggery account. So thanks to Aaron, I will be updating and using the fortune cookie feature fairly soon. Then I will have a new game to play and blog about. I have this overwhelming feeling that I will be playing Kung Fu Panda.
So I downlaoded Strider on Steam today. I literally can't remember the last time I bought a game digitally day one at full price, which should tell you how amped I was to pick this up. I'm having an absolute blast with it so far. I'm only 9.2% through, though, so I'm not going to be able to give a full review yet, LOL.
Crash 1 was good. 2 was great. Warped is one of the best platformers ever made. It's a lot like the NES Mega Man games in a way, while it didn't quite make the leap in quality 2 did, the improvements it did make were for the better, where the game felt just right. It was also the first game I ever got really excited for, I knew by the end of Crash 2 that Dr Cortex wasn't finished, otherwise they would have shown them. And when I saw what to expect in the commercials, I was stoked. Dinosaurs, motorcycles, dogfights, it just felt like Naughty Dog knew what I thought was awesome and stuck it in the game.
I have nothing, really, I still love my Ouya. I was to tired to stop and pick up BMAOBG today, we were slamed at lunch, this 70 degree weather really brings the people out. Sorry for the lack of content.
I love fun little games that can be played in small amounts of time. Flash games are terrible, because I spend tons of time playing silly little games when I probably should be doing something more constructive with my time. The other games that get me are games like Zuma, Chuzzle, and just about any match three game out there.
Friends, I have come back to you a changed man. Changed after seeing the visual mess that is Xanadu. Xanadu is not a documentary on a new type of drug as it might sound, but a horrible 1980 musical staring Oliva Newton John and one of films that help inspired the infamous awards The Razzies.
