Morning everyone! So, it's Monday and my brother's wedding is over. It was a really great night and we all enjoyed ourselves. As is to be expected, we all drank a bit too much and yesterday was a really rough day. I think I mentioned last time that the wedding was in Connecticut, so it was a 2 hour trek home yesterday morning and I was both exhausted and my stomach was a wreck.
It’s February and so, in my plan, it’s the decade of the 1910s. I’m reading various books that summarize the events of the decade this month and thinking about gaming and what people might have done to game during those years. I stumbled across the midway at carnivals.
I'm still playing INTO THE BREACH on PC, one of the best strategy games to ever release, ever! I sometimes go through a phase where I only want to play a particular type of game. I'm also replaying through Fire Emblem Awakening on 3DS and really want to replay XCOM, Resonance of Fate and that new Mario+Rabbids game on Switch. Into the Breach has it's hooks into me dangit! It's got mechs, monsters, its art style is isometric and GAMEBOY ADVANCED looking. Have you tried Into the Breach?
