My first JRPG I ever played I believe was the original Dragon Warrior (of Dragon Quest -- the name was copyrighted at the time in the U.S.) I didn't play much of it, it was a bit over my head. But I do really recall my memories of it.

PS4 dropping to $350 standard tomorrow. Exciting! I imagine in a year it will be $300. Next gen is here, people. Do I feel stupid for buying it for $400? No, i think it was worth that. Lots of games now, and it's a nice system. But for those on the fence, it is deceasing.

Don't have much time to blog today, but I have another question for y'all. What was the last game you sold or traded in, and did you feel good or bad about it? I traded in a bunch of games to Amazon about a year ago, and I kind of wish I hadn't. Maybe it's that gamer's greed, but I like collecting games as much as I like playing them. There's one game I have never regretted getting rid of though: Grin's 3D Bionic Commando. What a terrible game!!!

Okay, simple and straightforward: What you be buyin' this fall????? I'm not exactly sure for myself, but Tales of Zestiria and Fallout 4 will not be missed. Haven't decided on Xenoblade or Wooly World. Kind of want the new NBA2k game too. Hmmm.... Oh, I'm also going to buy the PS4 version of Wasteland 2. Doesn't work on my computer well. And I think that's it!

I played Xenoblade again tonight. I'm sorry, but I just don't understand this game! How does break work? And what's that meter on the top left of the screen? What's that for??? Help!!!

Hey all. So, I got my PS4 today and I wanted to discuss my early thoughts on it. First of all, I don't like the power button. Second of all, I like the controller -- so far. I also like the silver light on the top of the unit. I don't know why, just looks nice. But that's about it for hardware. Let's talk about software.

Walmart has this great bundle that includes 3 games and 3 months of PS PLUS for $400. I've linked to it below. I just ordered it with Batman, Madden 16, and Alien Isolation. I should have it by Wednesday!
