So my PC is finally built (and it's fantastic), and I kind of like to get a new controller with a new gaming device. So I saw a good deal on an Xbox One controller (which now works on PC) and figured I might as well give it a try. And even though I don't have every current gen console, I do have every current gen controller, so I thought I would give you all a detailed showdown to see which is the best of the three. At the end we'll see which is the overall best of the three.

So now that I graduated, I did three things: Join this fine Pixlbit staff now that I have more time to write, start a book titled "365 Days of Bullshit" (which if I don't publish it will at least be available online), and use some of my grad money to build a PC. So with the help of one of my best friends, I just finished getting the last of the parts and now have a checklist of everything I bought:

Seeing the Battlefield Hardline trailer left me with quite a few reactions. Having Payday turned into a PvP game rather than a Left 4 Dead clone sounds interesting, sure. But the level of destruction for that game is beyond excessive. It reminds me of the destruction in Man of Steel except the heroes are just stopping crooks, not saving the freaking world.

Honorable Mention: Destiny

One problem I have noticed with reviewing games is that you sometimes have to put a lot of filler into what you write. Some games it just flows naturally, The Last of Us and Saints Row 4 I had to cut myself really short for instance. But established series like Mario Kart which always refine and polish what you previously have? There's not that much to talk about. So I'm going to put the meat and potatoes, here's five ways 8 improves on the MK formula.

I'm actually finding myself excited for MK8 despite Sonic wanting me to swear off the series. The new anti-gravity mechanics look fun, the tracks look like some of the best yet, and the online looks like Nintendo's best (not that it's saying much). The roster, on the other hand, leaves a bit to be desired. So here's a list of five characters I feel should be in this game. Well, a few more, but some are the kind of thing where I might as well throw the other in.

So I've been on a Spiderman kick lately, excited for Amazing Spiderman 2. I love the webhead and most of its adaptations (just don't ask me about the Ultimate cartoon). Hell, I even like Spiderman 3. So I thought I'd make a list of why I love this movie that so many people hate. The film has its issues like Topher Grace as Venom, but that doesn't mean I can't enjoy it.

Those of you who have previously bought a Crash or Spyro game, go to your download list and you can put get them on your Vita now. They won't show up on the store, so if you want them, you need to go onto a PS3 or PSP first to buy the game.
