Good morning Pixlbit! I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend. I decided to camp out in front of the TV, in hopes of trying to play through some stuff I own, and I did a little bit of that. I would have gotten through a whole lot more if random napping, and having a mini marathon of Ray Donovan Season 2 and random episodes of Archer didn’t get in the way. I didn’t knock out any games from Mount Backlog but I did manage to squeeze in some playing time with some 3DS Mii games and made some progress in a couple of other games.

Good morning Pixlpeeps! So it is Friday, and I have to run some crazy errand right after this so I might have to make a shorter Quick Hits blog…or maybe I can just type faster and not get sidetracked. Let’s see how that goes. Before I started my blog I like to check my favorite college’s athletic message board and well I had to write a response to some yahoo who along with a couple of other folks still think it’s the 1970s (seriously they do) and anything positive the University does is terrible. Let’s back up a bit. A couple of days ago SDSU released a tweet with a picture about something big coming to the Mesa. It kind of looked interesting because it was part of the Aztec Calendar. The next day another tweet with the outline of a football player, and something about big news at 10am. 10am rolls around and this video was uploaded to YouTube.

Happy Monday Pixlbit Nation. So we are starting August and the summer is almost over. Of course here in my little piece of Southern California that means crazy triple digit heat and I’m at the point where I want to start knocking out more games off Mount Backlog. Since I haven’t given a games played update in a couple of weeks its time to catch up and see how July went.

Good morning Pixlbit Nation! It is Friday and everyone should be ready to enjoy the weekend. I don’t know what it is but I’m a bit tired but I do need to run some errands after I type this up which isn’t too bad. Anyone have any plans for the weekend? I think I’m going to take it easy this weekend and not do much, maybe play some games, catch up on a bunch of TV shows I’ve missed and maybe watch some baseball. Happy Wednesday Pixl Peeps! As I currently wait for the mini PC to get the Windows 10 lovin’ (let’s see if it happens) I figured it was time to go Part 2 of my second day-cation. In the first part I went up the Aerial Tramway to check out some mountain life, so my second trip would naturally have to be something Southern California, and that is a trip to the beach. Yep the beach. I didn’t go swimming because I wanted to take pictures, and enjoy the breeze plus the family wanted to go fishing. My plan was to walk around take pictures and enjoy the day, and luckily for me a surf competition was taking place. Pixlbit Nation how are you on this nice warm Monday? This week I thought I’d change it up and talk about what I did this past weekend. This past weekend instead of doing my usual I had two, day trips including one where I played a tourist in my little part of Southern California and I thought for today’s part 1 we shall start there. Pixl Peeps how are you doing on this warm Friday morning? I for one am glad because this weekend I’m hitting the coast and I will be taking some pictures. I’ll be trying out some of the camera features (more of the gimmick stuff) along with some ideas I saw on YouTube. It’ll be fun to give my 50mm lens something to shoot other than plants and clouds. So since the week is over we get to look back over a week that blew right buy and now its time to get started with another Quick Hits

Good morning Pixlbit Nation, how are you on this fine Monday morning? Currently here in what is usually sunny Southern California, it is overcast after a weekend of rain (we’re in a little drought) and there should be more rain coming later on today. I am excited because I get more opportunities to practice taking photos of water. Since the weather was a bit gloomy I decided to not go out and instead spend time with the PlayStation family along with some iPad gaming. It has been a couple of days since my family from Hawaii have left and this is the first time I played the PlayStation without having to load the second controller and wonder why the second controller has chicken grease and why the nub has a little piece ripped out (a 6 year old told me the bump was bothering him so he had to scratch it out…while eating a piece of fried chicken.)
