Sorry but my current online game of choice at the moment is Ace Combat Infinity on PSN. Sure you only get 3 units of sortie fuel every 12 hours, 1 unit per 4 hours, but it's enough to keep me going and save up on stocked fuel for long haul sortie missions over the weekend =)
I'm kinda on the fence with most of these tieles. Injustice sounds like a good deal but I usually prefer to get my game physically it comes to that kind of size. But then again I'm still debating about getting some of those PSP RPG's being offered on sale. I don't have a real pull to own them but their prices are much better than what's being offered in retro stores, phyiscal media or otherwise.
Can't say that I have. That game came out around the time EA was stupid enough to try out their oNline pass system. If I recall I think that game might've had it, I'm not really sure anymore but because of EA's poor decisions I didn't bother with the game.
I liked it when it started out soft. it started to fall apart for me when it became a bit more complex at the begniing but it eventually leveld out and followed a progressive tune thru the middle half. You are right, we wouldn't hear this in a metroid game but it has just enough to make it "metroidy". Not but much, infact it almost loses it but it's able to hold on just by a hair to make it so. Not sure if the composer meant to do that or if he was trying to reign it in the tune before it got away from him.
Not bad. But I didn't catch the jazz themes at the end. I guess I'm not that well attuned to what jazz is musically. Unless it's in a castlevania rendition, which of course I hate.
Now this is very nice. It does fit the mood for a lazy summer, or even a summer stroll given the interest. I need to see about DLing this and adding it to my light summer tunes music list.

I would have never made the connection. This sounds like something I'd be listeningt o during my 80's binges.
I barely remember this tune from FF V. It took me awhile for it to finally click. I can't say it does much for me since it feels almost over done to me.
It does sound metal yet it's not enough to get me pumped to pick up a controller and frag some people.
