I only hope I live long enough to travel into space. That would be incredible if it became commonplace for us to make trips into space. Guess it all boils down to the cost.

That is brilliant! Right you are. Very well said. Everything has to have something or someone set it in motion. The earth was set in motion by God. We may never understand all the details, but we will some.
Yeah,it ruffled a lot of feathers in the science community. They don't seem to like that term very much.
This could lead to advances in space travel I would imagine. If they can figure out ways to make alternate propulsion units, that is.
I remember the first time I played the original Soul Calibur at an arcade. I did so much better! The controls were a lot more tight and easier to use. That can be a great thing with those control pads you talked about.
I have a friend who is feeling much like you. He has really withdrawn from interacting with most people. Depression is something we have all dealt with at some point. Anyone who denies it is usually a liar or a fool. What is hard for some to grasp is that it can disable a person, making it hard to do the simplest communication. Just don't let it take you so far away you can't reach for help. Many other people going through it that might help.
You make a great point. That little timeline snafu never occurred to me. Don't think there would be much of anything left after they nuked it! Just another botched part of a disaster. I had such high hopes for this game. And I was quite disappointed by the reviews I saw and read. How could they spend so much time and cash and have it end up a bad game. I will be interested to see what you think of it if you play through the game.
Looking forward to your tales of Pax East. I like to hear first hand accounts of such events. Have fun!
Every game I have ever tried by Atlus has impressed me. So I should probably check out Devil Summoner. I've seen it in stores before, but never grabbed it. My favorite game of theirs is Persona.
I don't think they will go away completely. The card games in their physical form are so popular. It's just a question of how many fans enjoy them the way you do. The one I know of a bit is Yu Gi Oh. My son was very into it up until just a couple of years ago. He even played the video games.
