I remember when K'Nex had a similar line to Speedorz, but I forget what it was.

That looks amazing for a 1987 console game.

I dig the ambience, sounds like it could have been a Sonic CD menu screen track. 

Traffic accident in 1997, after leaving Nintendo in 1996, following a 31-year employment with them according to Wikipedia (a recent Game Grumps episode reminded me of all this).

Sad to know what happened to the GameBoy inventor, Gunpei Yokoi, shortly after he also invented the Virtual Boy, Game Boy Pocket, and WonderSwan. He really did have some kind of crystal ball it seems, just one that didn't see the Virtual Boy's failure coming. But that's one for how many? Truly a great name in video games, and I actually liked Virtual Boy as a kid.

I wish freetetris.org had that famous Russian music. I'd play with sound if it did. 

Never owned a Genesis either, but oddly have no memory of SMB3 outside of that Wizard movie and playing it online more recently.

Like I said, I know, I'm aware of everything you said, I've been aware of it for a long time now. 

I just was not reading anything in Ben's description that would warrant backlash even from out culture, but now, reading "oral pleasure to certain food groups" after re-reading, I think I'm getting it.
