I would definitely recommend it, there are plenty of amazing games on the 3DS. I know that I shouldn't let the price affect my decision to pick up the first party games, but for some reason it is. I know that Twilight Princess was full price up until Skyward Sword came out 5 years later.
That is a massive amount of stuff coming out this week. I wonder why they didn't try to spread it out a little more over the past couple of weeks.
I have played through the original God of War multiple times, but only finished God of War 2 once and never really started God of War 3. I really did not enjoy what they did with the character. All he wanted was peace in the first game and I could relate to that. Then he moved towards revenge and revenge alone, and I no longer cared about the character.
I completely understand this funk. I am experiencing it right now as well. I just need to sit down and finish a game, even if it is a game that I have beaten countless times at this point. I think that will help.
You have already failed at that boss more than I did before I quit.
I had to put Guacamelee down because of that second form of the final boss. I don't think that I will officially beat the game, but I am satisfied with stopping at that point.
I quite enjoyed Blackgate. It wasn't a great game, but I still was able to find plenty of enjoyment out of it, eventhough I had to restart it because of a bug that halted my progress.
Look at that massive pile of SRPGs that you have been missing out on in a world without a ps3.
