An Apology, a Delivery, and a Plan

Sounds like I missed a pretty cool game. May have to try that one. Music games these days are pretty stale and boring to me. As far as your comments on other people's blogs, don't worry. Life can get very hectic and that's to be expected. I just enjoy reading other people's thoughts and ideas on all kinds of things. But only when they feel up to giving them.

PUNK TUESDAY!

Posted on 03/01/2013 at 09:19 PM | Filed Under Blogs

I will probably learn a lot from your punk music posts. About the only punk I was into would be Black Flag,Ramones,The Clash,Sex Pistols, and Dead Boys. I'm going to check these bands out. I know I like UK Subs!

METAL MONDAY!

Great music! I look forward to more blogs like this one. The Saxon and Stratovarius songs were my two favorites. I love Saxon so much my son and I went down to San Antonio last year to see them and UFO at a festival. Mainly because we missed them the previous year when they were at Rocklahoma.

Gravity Rush! Glad I played Ya!

Posted on 03/01/2013 at 09:09 PM | Filed Under Blogs

I just bought a Vita 2 months ago. Gravity Rush was the very first game I bought for it. It is truly amazing and very unique. Has a visual style to it that I've never seen before anywhere. Only other game I have for Vita is Assassin's Creed. Love that one as well,so I'm 2 for 2!

GLaD 1: Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem

I own that game and you're right about it,truly scary and creepy as hell. I like it quite a bit. The Silent Hill games have always been sort of scary. I remember playing the first one in the dark late at night. I had the volume way up. Now that was scary! It was ahead of it's time, a real ground breaking title. Recently  bought Silent Hill 4:The Room. May start it this weekend. It looks very different from the others,so we will see. The PS2 game I want to pick up is Siren. I've heard that one is similar to Eternal Darkness in many ways.

The Death Of Console Gaming? I think not.......

Thanks for the tip on that! I was not looking forward to all that coding nonsense. Thank God there is now a simpler way to do it. I will have to give it a try tomorrow. To add to what I was saying above,DL makes me nervous. My Twitter got hacked recently on the same day my wife lost 62 books from her Kindle after an update! She was able to get them back with some help from a customer service rep. I also have decided I need to learn more about cloud computing. How to master it and use all of its potential. I guess we have to prepare for the future of gaming.

Folk Music Friday #1

Woody Guthrie is well known here in Oklahoma, along with his son Arlo. They have a big festival celebrating his music each year. You included some great artists in this blog, some of which I am not familiar with. But will definitely be checking out. I'm really big into Irish folk and Celtic folk music in general. Great blog, this is very interesting to me.
