I'm sorry things haven't been going well for you. I understand your problems in retail, as my own job has been getting shittyer as well. I haven't been writing much here myself, fooling around a bit too much on my tumblr, and even on my tumblr I haven't been writing very much either. I'm sure things will pan out for you soon.

I'm really interested to hear more things about fighitng games out of E3 more so than anything else. Although The Order 1886 looks really great and steam punk-y.

Now I have a $300 Smash Bros machine, I'm worried as well at how Nintendo is going to do E3 this year. I mean Smash 4 and MK 8 look great and all but they have to do more than that to get the Wii U numbers higher. Really I'm looking for good 3rd party support on the Wii U as well. Because really another Zelda/Metroid/etc will not fix the Wii U problems.

I'm also looking forward to hearing more fighting game announcements as well. I'm hoping Capcom maybe will show Darkstalkers 4/Vampire 4 this year but I really doubt it. I'm sure Namco will show something Tekken related at show as well as more of that 2 V 2 PC fighter they are working on. Hell, I'm really currious though about Pokken Fighters, the possible Pokemon fighting game that's been floating about on some rumor lists.

I've always wanted to get some hanafuda cards from Nintendo. I'm surprised that they still make them and also they are Club Nintendo rewards in North America.

Then you like this story from today recent interview about Hyrule Warriors from Siliconera that basically confirms multiple characters in the game.

I saw this comment from EventHubs and think it applies here very well about someone from Awakening:

"Now, on to Awakening. It's the best-selling Fire Emblem ever. It's the most critically acclaimed Fire Emblem ever. And even beyond all that, it's the most recent Fire Emblem, yet not so recent that it'd have been released alongside Smash Bros. and not eligible for content. Expecting anything other than an Awakening point at this rep is naïve. It's not a sure thing - But it's as close to a sure thing as we can get when it comes to Smash Bros. (save perhaps for Palutena, given her leak and the sensible reasoning that supports her inclusion).

Now now, you two. Let's wait till the game comes out till we start beating each other up.

The only thing I want from the new cast to be really different. I like the direction some of the new characters are approching the game. Whether is Rosalina's stand-like gameplay, Megaman's normal projectile, or Wii Fit Trainer's deep breathing power up gameplay. I think things like that really raise Smash to the next level, being appealing to pro and new players.

Oh and maybe Paulette as a playable character...which isn't probably going to happen now I said something.
