I was worried about X1 but on Major Nelson's podcast they read sales figures and it seems their selling more units than ever before, comparitively to the X360 that is. So they're not hurting. MS will do fine and when I get around to it, I'll have one a year or two from now (as well as a PS4 which I might have first, we'll see). Sony has to be happy with the PS4 though. I wonder how numbers compare with the PS3 release? I bet PS4 sold way more.
I hate working overtime. A lot of people I've run into work every hour they can get. They can have the money. Time is more valuable to me. I could care less for money. Let it rot. If I could get away from work so I could persue the arts like I want, I would do it, poor or not. I don't care. I may just do it soon. I'm making plans.
I was just thinking the other day that I don't have any Grandparents around anymore. I always thought they'd be there forever when I was younger. It's strange. But I'm now Uncle John to my half dozen neices and nephews, so that's something. I don't really feel like an Uncle though. I feel like a kid, like always.
I haven't used my skiis yet this year. I'd have to get used to them again. Cross-country skiing is a little bit tricky.
Oh man more reasons for me to pick up a Wii-U. I think I'm going to plan on getting one at least before Bayonetta 2 comes out in May.
I've played a few hours of Fallout 3. Got killed as soon as I got out of the Vault. But the game haunts me, and I should go back and play it again sometime.
I have several blogs I posted in the wee hours for the previous day. I suppose in the final scoring, those won't count, but my day runs from 12pm-4am roughly.
That's the one I have.
Cabinets are cool. I'd love to own a few and maybe a MAME machine with a ton of installed games. It's just nice playing stand-up machines with it's big buttons and joystick. I wonder why in Japan all the machines are sit-down ones.
