Definitely worth playing the DLC when you get a chance. Well, the story ones anyhow. I never tried the trials one and don't really want to. Well, maybe I do... 

In The Knife of Dunwall DLC, they say that there are eight people with the mark of The Outsider. If that's true, we've only seen two of them so far... could be anyone, but I'm guessing it's someone completely new.

It sure feels unfair, especially if you're spending actual quarters to learn the idiosyncrasies.

The main thing I see on your formatting is when you put the images on the left or right like you have, you probably want to add some horizontal spacing. In the image editor, go to the Appearance tab and add some amount to the "Horizontal Space" field. You can get an idea of what will happen in the little example figure to the right on that tab. The number you enter is in pixels, so maybe 5-10 will normally do the trick.

I was pretty sure Surgeon Simulator was made to be really frustrating, so success?
