Me too... Yeah sometimes I read someone's blog and I just don't have anything to add. Plus work and other things make it difficult for me to be on here all the time. But it's good that you're going to mix in some new with the old, if anything it will keep you from getting rusty.

The Last of Us and Watchdogs are taking risks in what areas specifically? I'm looking forward to Watch Dogs as well, but it doesn't seem like it's doing anything new to the open world genre other than adding a new wrinkle with the hacking abilities. It seems as if most of the positive press for that game was based solely on how good the original demo looked.
You don't want a PS4 because you can play similar games on the PS3. Yet you want a Wii U mostly because of Wind Waker HD which improves the graphics of a game that already exists. Seems a bit hypocritical.
You should go back and rewrite the ones you're not happy with, that way you won't just be copying and pasting for six months.
I had that Zelda book as well once. I got stuck in the last dungeon circling the same 8 rooms because I couldn't understand the directions.

You had to know the reviews were going to be positive considering the game is a week from launch. I'm interested, but I'm not positive that I'm buying it yet. Maybe just a rental.
