Only seen two films of Miyazaki (Spirited Away and Nausica), but I loved them so much that both movies are among my favorites of all time.
My story with anime started when I was little with also Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z, and others like Saint Seiya, Inuyasha, YuYu Hakusho, Rurouni Kenshin, Pokemon, among some others, but during the next years except for Naruto and Pokemon around 2008-2010, I lost track of anime, and it's only recently as of 2012-ish that I fell in love again.

Haven't seen Egoraptor's Sonic Awesome series, though given how much he has stated to be a hater of the Sonic franchise, I can only imagine the exagerated portrayal he did for the videos.
