I can understand pulling out a new voice actor for an aging Big Boss, but I cannot understand taking David Hayter out of Metal Gear completely.

I have never been a big fan of walking up to doors and knocking, or ringing the bell...  And the worst part is that it doesn't matter if they are a stranger or not.  I hate knocking on friend's doors.

From what I can tell is that it is going to be very similar to the Halo Anniversary game.  Same exact gameplay, just a fresh coat of paint.

Never actually played an Animal Crossing games...  wouldn't mind a 3ds though.

I am on a metroid kick right now, so that is why I would like to have nearly all of them on a deserted island that has power.

My wife grew up in a household that had every Nintendo system.  She may not have spent all that much time with them, but she is a fan of Super Mario Bros. and Mario Kart.  I am just fine with her level of gamer-ness.

Now that I think about it, everybody else I dated did not have any background in videogames.   

Console games: Chrono Trigger, Super Metroid, Metroid Prime Trilogy, Kirby Superstar, Burnout Revenge
Handheld games: Metroid Fusion, Metroid: Zero Mission, Zelda: oracle of Ages, Oracle of Seasons, SMT Strange Journey
Television: Doctor Who, Red Dwarf, Chuck, Angel, Firefly
Movies: The Adventures of Baron Munchausen, Castle of Cagliostro, Serenity, On Her Majesty's Secret Service, Zack and Miri Make a Porno
Songs: need you around- smoking popes, Calgary- Bon Iver, Over The Hills and Far Away- Led Zeppelin, Sultans of Swing- Dire Straights, The Spirit of Radio- Rush

The only problem is that MP and MP2 were built with the gamecube controls in mind.  I cannot quite remember how they controlled with the wii-mote.  I will have to get back to you on that when I restart them.

it may well be cheaper to buy a gamecube and the games than to buy the trilogy collection.
