Well fuck that guy then! I don't like to see players get bashed either way. It's hard to watch and makes me uncomfortable. How did you get so good at the game so fast? I haven't played in a while. I might have reverted back to that sucky kid that gets bashed. 

I remember trying out a healer/support. They aren't really used for death/kills, or are they? I was just healing everybody on my team keeping them alive and they were all like kill something, which kind of defeats the point of that class. Sometimes people who claim to know how to play are also wrong. 

I enjoyed the runaway train part in particular. Just a fun simple game, like games used to be. It also borrowed from a lot of other games like the bullet time in Max Payne, or Narration and pop up platforms from Bastion, or rewinding a level like Prince of Persia. 

I'm not familiar with your game proposal but I just finished playing a game similar to it. The Starship Damrey on 3DS eshop. It's a first person adventure, point-and-click style game. You start off locked in a coffin-like sleeping capsule with amnesia. You start poking around your capsule until you have access to a computer terminal which you hack to take control of robots. You explore most of the space ship through these mobile R2-D2 like machines and use their camera to view the environement and scan objects. There aren't any cutscenes or tutorials. You piece together the story through scanning objects and exploring the ship. You only get an explanation after completing the whole game. An interesting little game.

 I read that SE trademarked the names Agito and Versus recently so I suppose that means those games are planning to be released? Agito had it's name change to Type-0 in Japan so it's weird that they would trademark Agito? Versus dropped the 13 part as did Lightning Returns, so maybe they will be stand alone games? The creators of Kingdom Hearts were pulled away to work on Versus and Realm Reborn, so I would imagine if a KH game is announced, it would be after the release of these games. Just speculation. 

The game does a poor job of training new players. There is not much of a tutorial to speak of whatsoever. You really need to play with your own friends and work together.  Even then, you have to go outside of the game to study it before really getting involved.

I disagree with your decision to verbally abuse the player. Team work means you work together, and being a community driven team-work game you are going to encounter bad players and it will affect your stats. This is the main reason there is so much abuse in this game, one bad player will turn a 20min session into a grueling 1 hour grind. I found that giving bad  players advice during chat and directing them into what to do is a lot more helpful than being a dick. Even worse, if it was a kid he might have taken your words personally. 

If he was being a dick, then he probably deserved to take some heat. The game is good at generating spiteful pricks. LOL.

I was wondering if the always online thing was to keep people from hacking into their hardware and modding them. If you remove the case it will self destruct or something. 

I waited a couple of years to buy a PS3 and received 360 as a gift years after it's release so there were more games on sale and the interfaces and on line stores had been more streamlined. I don't know why we need to move onto the next thing just because we are told to do so. I plan on playing Realm Reborn on PS3 for a few years so it will keep me busy for a while. Not to mention all those free to play MMOs that I've been enjoying for a few years. I'm really just excited for the new Wind Waker this year. Who knows what will happen after E3? FU creepy kinect! 

Knights of the Old Republic. I was recently playing the game and still holds up, but could use a bit of a refresh with new visuals and user interface.

Is it too much to ask for a video game that just let's me use a control to punch-kick-jump things? I don't need all this beam it up Scotty Star Trek bullshit invading my home. 

I'm glad I'm not one of those quest completionist fellows. Didn't you have to find treasure in a certain order or not open treasure chests to find Ultimate Weapons in FF12? That's crazy talk. As I write there are dozens of uncompleted quests in Xenoblade Chronicles that I don't ever plan on completing either. I feel sorry for the dude that does, cuz I just don't have that kind of time. Alas, FF9, how I miss thee.
