I don't have a problem with my "useless bug", really. Besides, I think i'll need it to use Defog and Flash in the future, so I think he's a fine choice.
I like both, the Tenth and Eleventh Doctor, from what I'd seen of them.
As far as handhelds go, though the Vita looks pretty good, right now is kinda lacking a solid gaming catalogue. However, the 3DS now has a solid backlog and the system is great on its own. It's your choice, but I would go for a 3DS to be honest.

It is really good. Though i'm a newbie and I haven't seen the season start, I would recommend to start with the Tenth Doctor for the modern incarnations.
Honestly, there is sex, but I never thought it was THAT frecuent (or just ignored those scenes) and really, the main selling point of A Song of Ice and Fire is the intrigue, morality, characters and the world rather than the sex. Glad you atleast tried the books though.

Don't worry, take your time to do your stuff. Though I do think you can complete the second book in no time, as the chapters are short and it is an absorving reading.
I also need to see Game of Thrones. If you like Game Grumps, then i'm sure you'll really like The Runaway Guys. Make sure to watch their New Super Mario Bros. Wii LP first. It's very hilarious stuff.
I figured that you are a fan of strategy games due to your love for Civilization and your idea for A Song of Ice and Fire strategy videogame. The only "real" strategy game I had played was Age of Empires 2 a long time when I used to have in my old computer ago and Warcraft 3 (but only for one time). Aside from some browser games, i'm inexperienced on the genre.
When you get back to PC gaming, make sure you browse Steam as I think it has a variety of Strategy games.
