PS4 thoughts

My Gold membership expired on Sunday and I've yet to pick up a new card. Only when this happens do I realized how different the two consoles are online. With my PS3 we've been watching all the good E3 coverage, including the press conferences. Without a Gold membership I can't do diddly squat on 360. Can't even get onto YouTube. All my apps are non-functional until I renew. Guess it becomes a trade-off because multiplayer does seem to run more smoothly on XBOX Live.

Next-Gen is Not Looking Half Bad!

Sony seems to have learned from the mistakes they made with the PS3 launch. They got it so right this time. The two games you mentioned for XBOX One were the only ones that really got me excited for the console itself. Only time will tell if they recover from the disaster of a launch that is unfolding for Microsoft. The games will be the real selling point, and their launch lineup is kinda blah.

Have to encourage developers to take risks and do new things. This is a prime example of that.

It's one you should be able to find dirt cheap. Got my 360 copy for 5 bucks at Gamestop.

She has the best haircut for shaking it! Like her voice, too. The game took some getting used to,but once I did it was a lot of fun. They keep it varied so you don't get bored doing the same sort of maneuvers over and over again.

I don't think I've ever had a bad run-in with bikers. Of course, most of them I've known were of the "weekend warrior" variety. They had no real desire to go to jail for much of anything. As long as you treated them well, they did the same for you. This game looks very interesting. It's a fresh genre that holds many possibilities to me. I know I'll be getting it because my family loves Sons Of Anarchy. Right up our alley on the gameplay.

I think Apple managed to hold out longer than Microsoft before caving in and allowing them to use data for PRISM. Perhaps they have better lawyers? It's just so disturbing to me,but not a bit surprising. My sister worked at NSA for a couple of years. Though she couldn't discuss what she did there,at least I believed it was for the good of our country. Not so sure PRISM is good for us. May have started of with the best of intentions, but now has become a symbol of our progressively eroding freedom and privacy.

I've been having fun watching the government agents and the president squirm over this. They all have their drawers in a bunch. Like some sacred program has been tarnished and damaged horribly. They will find other ways to screw us that are just as enjoyable to them I'm sure. And in a few months when all of this dies down it's back to business as usual on spying on us. Can't wait to see that movie, think you may be right on that.

I should really get this game for Gamecube. Just the fact you can play NES classics is enough for me to take it on. Thanks for all the great info about it. Such a great game I should definitely give it a shot myself.

VG Movie Week #2: Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within

Such a wonderful movie, and one I own on Blu-Ray now. I got excited to see it on a big screen when it came out. The CG was amazing at the time, seems like the best I'd seen at that point. The emotions of the characters showed on the faces so clearly. Very impressive acheivement for them. Set the groundwork for many others.
