I played through another couple of levels yesterday, well worth the purchase price.

Well, Kevin, it's pretty easy to find.
Thanks for convincing me it was a worthy purchase!
There is a great essay in a book called An Evening Among Headhunters by Lawrence Millman titled "Bookless in Biak" about his having finished his only book and feeling edgy about not having one and his subsequent quest to find one on a tiny remote tropical island without a bookstore.
Yeah, I want Castle of Illusion, too. But I did play that on the Genesis and I'd never played Ducktales before.
Ducktales is fun, and the kids will like it, too. And I really need to get back to AC II.
Glad to know I'm not the only one.
No tents involved in my post, Joe, lol. A lock post is the big piece of wood that we lock the open gate to so that it doesn't swing closed on anyone by accident or otherwise.
And a grand time was had at the Getaway. I'm still catching up on sleep!
I have no real opinion either way. Having only played a small number of FF games and none of the Castlevania games.
I really don't play scary games because I have an over-active imagination to start with. That said, there's a spot where I jumped and squeeked at the end of the first episode of The Last Door.
