Any time somebody uses the phrase "greatest game ever" or whatever it automatically makes me suspicious. There's been too many disappoints. I actually played GG Reload recently too. Some of the characters in that game are weird as hell. The last boss in the arcade mode is also kind of insane. I really liked it even if I didn't know WTF I was doing half the time lol.
I'm playing through Diablo III with my brother. He's a Wizard and I'm a Demon Hunter. It's kind of hilarious because he plays her like a tank. Just walks right in the midst of huge mobs and starts freezing everything. That game is addicting.
Wolfenstein and Hearthstone are the only games I played on your list. I own Transistor and the original version of Metro 2033 though. I really should have waited on Redux, but I probably didn't even know it was coming. Or there was a damn Steam sale. 
Is Funcom DRM? DRM on top of DRM? That's why I haven't bought Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon off Steam. You need a Uplay account. I would play it on PS3, but it crashes all the time.
I got Pirate's Curse on Steam, but haven't played it yet. I know it's gonna be really good so I'm kind of saving it for later. If that makes any sense lol. That Shantae cartridge is worth A LOT. Have you seen how much that game goes for on Ebay lately? 
I own Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection. Which has a bunch of the Phantasy Star games, but never could get into them for some reason. I think I'm just too picky when it comes to RPGS. There should be more RPGs in space though. I loved Xenosaga. It took me months to finish those lol.
I usually just smash spiders with my hand lol. Luckily there aren't any Tarantulas around here. Heights freak me out a lot. I hope to conquer that some day.

Guacamelee! was great. Probably the best way I can think to describe it is it's like what would happen if Metroid and a Mexican beat em up had a baby lol.
