It's too bad they won't go all out and actually name a major threat to the US than use the usual scapegoats in these movies. We can't lose those sales to them "other states" that could pose a threat. Atleast Call of Duty: Modern Warfare will go as far as name some Russians.

Homefront was pretty much a Red Dawn video game, but atleast we have one game that almost makes makes an asian-centric threat believable: Steel Battalion: Heavy Armor

their doing all they can to make a buck these days in hollywood. If nothing original, work the SYMBOLISM on well known landmarks to stand out.

It is too bad that hollywood wouldn't go all the way and actualy make a global threat that is plausable. But can't lose those overseas markets!

given the timing of the creation of these films (and their delayed release) that's not too far off the mark. LIke how hollywood made 2012 to play on the end of the world craze.

nothing different then. though I think I'll need to replace my screws. I think i stripped them the last time I did it. thanks for the reminder. I think I'll rather backup than redownload. I do have cable internet but at 3MB that'll still take more time than what you went thru

long answer - is axcxtually coming soon in a future blog, if I gain the courage to post it. It's rather dark and could be seen as scary. it was orignally meant for 1up.com's "why I play games" question not long ago but decided nto to post it for fear of it getting flagged and my account shut down for offenseive content.

yet another aspect of gaming I've overlooked. didn't realize this was still a hot button issue when brought up. I'ms ure it can be brought up the wrong way but never knew it got that far to begin with.

I was the same way too when i got the game in april. wasn't in the mood to play it just yet. I really wanted to add it to last years HGL of mine but it didn't make the cut that year.

I was kinda glad for the rinse/repate moments. I thought i did osmething wrong when I didn't find all the manuscript pages in the first playthrough. Odd fun fact: whenever I played this game, while downloading demos off XBLA, they would automatically unlock those downloaded games as if I bought them!

I think it's a glitch that I hope they fixed.
