I've never been a HUGE Star Fox fan, but I've played all the games. The first two were fun. I don't think Adventures was as bad as everyone says it is. I do think that Star Fox Zero is one of the worst games Nintendo has ever made, right on up there with Donkey Kong Barrel Blast.
The Starlink game looks interesting. I've had a pretty good relationship with Ubisoft ever since my newspaper days, so I may try to get a review copy from them. It certainly looks better than Star Fox Zero.
That Manual Samuel game reminds me of Octodad. That was a game where you were an octopus trying to pose as a family man. You had to move your left and right tentacle legs and arms separately to do menial tasks and chores. It was hilarious. I think it would've even made a good cartoon!
Yeah I saw both at GameStop as well! Good to see that they're not impossible to find anymore.
Have I played a Pac-Man game? That's a silly question. :) Heck, I reviewed both Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures games, as well as their 3DS counterparts and the mobile game. The cartoon the games are based off of is horrible, but the games themselves? They're actually not that bad for licensed 3-D platformers.
I never got into Castlevania but my favorite in the series is Kid Dracula.
Yeah I like the SNES Mini much more than the NES one. The SNES Mini is definitel worth the price, while the NES Mini...eh...maybe.
Tank! Tank! Tank! is awesome! It's made by Namco and is a sillier version of their Tokyo Wars tank game. I don't understand why so many people put it on their "Worst Wii U Games" lists. I loved it.
I looked at the free trial this morning and you had to put in a credit card number. I don't give my credit card number to a console, so I'll just have to get some Nintendo Points later and get the Online service. It sucks having to pay, but at least it's only 20 bucks a year, which isn't TOO bad if you think about it.
The FF Pocket Edition looks more interesting to me than the regular game.
I do want the PS Mini, just to have it. But at 100 bucks, I'll have to wait and see if it has enough games that I want to play. I never did get Wild Arms, so that's a start. I wonder if it'll have Klonoa or Tomba on it? I hope the PS Mini isn't hard to find like how Nintendo's were.
Yeah it's hard out there. I don't see how people do it. I barely do. Getting a job for me is extra hard since I can't drive, that's why I took a crappy retail job with bad pay selling things I have no interest in. And yes I do look for 'work at home' jobs, too, but those are hard to get, too. College was a big fat waste of time for me. Most people I know don't own a house. They don't even fully own an apartment. Everyone has roommates or lives with their family. And yet people still look down on you when you're over 40 and do that. Something's gotta give. I'm lucky I can live with my family now, but when they retire and move to the country (i'm not going to do that), I'm not sure what I'm going to do! Guess I'd better enjoy living fairly comfortably while I can.
Sorry for venting there. I do love the SNES Mini. Much more than the NES one. If you remember, the SNES Mini was my "GOTY" last year, that's how much I liked it!
