Quick Hits: A Whole Lotta Lego

Oh they were good. I was writing in my response to Super Step that I need to hit up that spot either today or tomorrow.

Its a nice set but I do wish it was a little longer. Most likely I will take it apart and place the pieces in a bag because I don't want to display it unless I can change the appearance to something that I am more happy with. It is nice to finally have Cyclops in the minifigure collection. If Fake Lego Lady has the newer version I will pick one up.

Haha yup, but this is the one Catholic thing I actually do, so it isn't all bad.

Target seems to go Monday and Thursday for markdowns in Electronics and usualy those are the times I try to visit and find some stuff. I agree it might not be a bad thing because you quickly build a backlog, and your snowshoes are way more fun and healthy.

I gave up candy for Lent because I already gave up my usual Lent item Soda back in July and I haven't had caffeine since. I do miss coffee every and McDonalds Coke every once in a while.

Speaking of tacos I need to hit up that taco spot today or tomorrow and get my taco fix this week.

Oh I bet someone already created their own versions of Led Zeppelin Lego minifigures. Thinking about it,  a couple of years ago there was a company who made "Lego" like minifigures of the Beatles and Kiss. I should have bought the Kiss figures.

Congrats on taking this game down! I like how games like this can stick with you and reading through your experiences, this game was special. Congrats and may the other Zelda games you take down be just as full of fun memories and experiences as this one!

Hey I learned what Corn Detasseling is. It's all grapes and other vegtables here in Southern California.

I'm glad your son picked up a new 3DS and treated for dinner. Hopefully the repair costs on the old 3DS isn't a lot so you can get that second 3DS running like it was brand new.

'Tis your duty to tap dat Revelations 2 bootaye!

I'm not a fan of the Resident Evil series, but I do like how some games are going eposodic content and I think this fits in with the survival horror genre. It gives you enough, and wanting more from the next release.

I did read your article because you said I wanted to.

I didn't know that this was a remake of the Playstation game, which is good for me because I bought a copy of the original a long time ago, but never gave it a chance. Hopefully this game gets me into the mood to go back and try the original again.

Achievement Locked

Unlocking all the achievements/trophies is always a good feeling. Its fun looking back on games you enjoy and see that you achieved everything you could in that game.

I took the survey, and any day when you can get $1 tacos is a good day.

How about that, McDonalds I can collect Miis. Shoot, next time I go I'm bringing my 3DS. I really need to finish a couple of puzzles.

I need to start playing with the Wii again. I don't think I powered it on in a month
