They were. My usual GameStop handed them out if you asked. I was being greedy because I wanted two of those little characters, one each for X and Y. I'll just use the Pokebank to transfer between them.

Very cool! Too bad about the Genesis not playing carts. I thought it was able to, and that was one of the factors I was thinking about buying that console. There is going to be a lot more retro goodness in your library now!

I'm going to listen to your podcast while doing some work and reading some blogs here. I'm sure your voice sounds fine, I think everyone thinks their voice sounds odd when listening to it.
Waiting for a deal is always a good thing, and I'm glad you picked up a game you like at such a good price. There is always some interesting finds at GameStop when it comes to their under $15 sections, that it pays to have some patience.
If you already haven't given it away I say if nobody wants it here or on Facebook, hold onto it (if you can) and give it away later.
