yeah, I think you'd like this. I imagine the combat is similar to Yakuza.

I dig these photo books you talk about. I add them to my Amazon list.
Jeez, making your own uniforms is super complicated. That can be fun though. I used to love making whole teams of custom players in NFL2k and Madden way back.
I was really into GI Joe as a kid, and loved the comic. It was pretty good, actually! I especially liked the Snake-eyes/Storm Shadow stories.
I remember playing a clone of these type of games on the Apple II we had when I was a kid. I don't remember what the game was called, but I don't think it was Scramble or Super Cobra, but some kind of imitator. I played it a lot though. We didn't stick with Apple computers after that, and moved on to MSDOS machines after that. Of course, this is being typed on a Macbook Pro. :)
You know, you're the kind of gamer that would greatly benefit from upgrading your storage. Can you upgrade your hard drive or plug in a usb hard drive with the Xbox?
i upgraded my ps4 hard drive to 2 terabytes a while back and haven't had a storage problem since.
Actually, I've heard Reus is pretty good.
My brother played Infamous too, and he liked that better. But Infamous is a bigger, more polished, AAA game.
Yeah, the ammo thing sounds annoying. I don't remember that being a problem in old Doom. It was an issue in the Quake games though.
I'm turning 44 in January. It's not so bad. I've been taking care of myself better, so less aches and pains.
Congrats on your phone. I have an iPhone 6s still. I guess it's six years old? Planning on upgrading later this year. I really want a bigger phone.
Super Mario Odyssey was really great. I realy enjoyed it. I don't finish a lot of games, but I finished this one. I really liked the exploration aspect of it, something I felt was missing in the games since Mario 64.
Those are pretty cheap games. I don't remember PS2 games being that cheap in the last days of the PS3. I've mostly gone digital in my game purchasing... for a lot of reasons, but I appreciate a lot of people enjoy having hard copies of games.
