Movie makes are usually a big disappointment, It's a real shame too because they really could and should be something special. My favourite movie game ever has to be Lord of the Rings: Return of the king on PS2, I still have fun playing that today. An honerable mention goes to Star wars revenge of the sith on PS2 as well, it had an excellent two player duel mode that was massively underrated! If you like your movie tie ins you should check these out!

Unfortunately for me, the puzzel aspects are essential in achieving a true 'castlvania' experience so it's pretty gutting to hear that this element is sorely lacking, you ve helped make up my mind on this one, like a doctor advising that we shut off life support. A bit extreme perhaps but thats what I feel they ve done to the franchaise that I love so much!

Does anything shock you in gaming today or do you become desensitised after viewing and playing so much? and if you do get a shock, which games are guilty?

Really happy for you Tami, you're a 'bird that needs to fly' (no pun intended) so it's good to hear your back in the big outdoors! If you get any pics of that Osprey I'd love to see them! (heres a little fan appreciateion just for you)

Oh and watch out for those pinball games, they'll get you hooked alright, my 3DS is already housing two FX games!

I keep tip toeing around RE6, I too love the franchaise and was really happy when I played Revelations, the first installment to edge back towards RE4 as far as I'm concerned, but I ve heard so many bad things about this game I just don't want to be disappointed. Yeah I'm a bit of a pussy when it comes to stuff like that but.... well its my childhood these guys are screwing up, I want good memories damn it!

Excellent thoughts here, and one one which I am ashamed to admit passed under my radar, I ve been really enjoying the return to 8 Bit but as you say as popularity grows certain developers will take the piss! I'd love to see more JRPG style games on the release, even excellent side platformers like Mutant Mudds can only break so far away from the countless examples which are seeping into mainstraem gaming.

I get that GH, I faced a similar problem when I picked Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 3, I was looking for problems before I even started playing it. Conversley I read terrible reviews for Aliens Colonial Marines and actually found myself enjoying it, much more than the reviews stated so I guess it's a real double edged sword!

It can be amazing if done correctly, I really enjoyed Aliens Vs Predator online multiplayer but I find the real problem lies with an over saturation of genres, the online support for AVP was about three months at most (at least on 360) and it means that only the big leagues like COD can claim to have worth while online support for years at a time! Transformers is another example, really enjoyable on line but no support, If game companies did not just tag on 'multiplayer' then it would not loose its appeal, at least thats my two cents. I also know how you feel about getting pwnd! I just have to remind myself that achieving 10th prestige on COD= not having much of a life/ not having much aspirations of game types played!
