Actually graphics cards in laptops are not easily user replaceable/upgradeable. Memory can be upgraded and the hard drive but otherwise what you buy is what you are stuck with

All I really look for in a movie is to be entertained so I'm pretty easy to please. I have no idea why I haven't seen those movies. I've seen all the X-Men flix, Batman, Hellboy, Blade and lots of other stuff.

I loved Trails in the Sky but didn't finish it. It gets really hard at times. You can cruise along thinking you're invincible and then Boom! you get your ass handed to you.

I would hate to guess. All I can tell you is that with a 17.3 inch screen it's not really portable, more like luggable, i.e. it is going to be heavy to carry around but if you aren't planning on running around with it that's not an issue.
The graphics card specs tell me that the thing is sharing memory with the PC. This is never good. a 1 GB dedicated graphics card would probably be a better option.
I'd also go for more memory and a bigger hard drive but that's just me.
Bottom line: it may work for what you want and at the sub $500 price range I'm not sure what else is out there. Sorry if this is less than helpful.

Mine was the regular edition but once installed when I checked for updates I got patch 1.4 which upgraded me to the enhanced edition.
It doesn't run very well on my laptop with my 256 meg video card but it runs fine on my desktop PC which has a 1GB video card.
Anyway I was really pleased to find it. I need to be checking the Goodwill and another thrift shop called Value Village more often. Mostly it's old sports, racing and casual games but every once in a while you find something good.
