BaD Wii Review #24- Looney Tunes: Acme Arsenal

Posted on 02/24/2015 at 07:28 PM | Filed Under Blogs

I played a demo of that Looney Tunes game.  I wasn't impressed.  I haven't played any really good Looney Tunes games.  There was a Duck Dodgers game on the SNES I kinda liked, and Duck Amuck on the DS was somewhat amusing, but that's it.

And Namco Museum Remix wasn't THAT bad!

Miis and Pokemon Shuffle (BaDay 24)

I dno't think Pokemon Shuffle is that bad at all.  I've been enjoying it.  At least it's not as bad as some of the free-to-play stuff on the iPad.  In May, Nintendo is releaseing Puzzle & Dragon Z in the US, which is a very similar game.  It'll be a cartridge, and they're including a special Mario version on it, too!

BaD17: The Game Library - The PS3

I got my PS3 a few years after it was released, mainly so I could have a Blu-Ray player in the living room (and it was only 50 bucks more than a regular Blu-Ray player).  One game that I enjoyed on it that I don't see on your list is 3-D Dot Game Heroes.  It's really good, and probably the closest thing to a LEGO Zelda that we'll ever get.

I saw Hugo on Netflix and really liked it.  Only problem was it was a little too long.

BaD #17: A Day with RGB Express

For some reason, it makes me think of Make Trax/Crush Roller (one of SNK's first arcade games).

I liked Wii Music, too.

Ratchet and Clank Roundup

The R&C games are fantastic.  They're what a 3-D Mega Man game should've been (no disrespect to Mega Man Legends).  I really liked the ones on PS2.  I have a couple on PS3 but haven't played them yet, as I haven't had it as long.

I tried a demo of Secret Agent Clank and it wasn't very good.  I loved the 2-D levels with Qwark in R&C3, though.  My brother and I still quote him saying "Wheee!" to this day.

BaD Wii Review # 23- Ikenie no Yoru

Posted on 02/24/2015 at 07:24 AM | Filed Under Blogs

I've never heard of this game.  The characters look like the ones in the DS titles Feel the Magic and The Rub Rabbits.  They look kind of boring, but Yellow and Pink are kind of neat.

Name them after people you know?  I usually don't do that in games because I forget who is who!  Although one time when my brother Jeff was little, we replayed Chrono Trigger and he made me rename everyone after people he knew.  I think I was Frog.  We named the time machine "Truck" because I had a friend who drove a truck at the time.

I played a demo of that Looney Tunes game.  It wasn't very good.  Too bad there aren't as many good Looney Tunes games out there.

BaD 23: Sonic All-star Racing series turns 5

Yeah the Sonic & SEGA racing games were great, and definitely were able to compete with Mario Kart on many levels.  I like the character selection better in the first game, but the tracks were better in the second game.  Can you guess who my favorite SEGA racers are?
