I can't handle dual bosses, they always try my patients. But i'll admit getting past them is more than a little satisfying.
I'm a fan of the giant bosses myself, Xenoblade Chronicleshas plenty of those.
My History with KOF has always been mixed, never my fav but apart from the outrageous bosses i had always held it in high regard. Samurai Shodown i only played once way back when, i know they've made quite a few more since.
Metroid is on the edge of Mediocrity , I lost faith in FF long ago.
Got the Limited Edition of KOF XIII, i like it more that Street Fighter IV and Street Fighter X Tekken, it's odd but i don't play it as much since i've been playing Borderlands 2 on PC and killed Handsome Jack a few days ago.
I'm on my summer Holiday from University so i have time to finish a bunch of RPGs i have stacked.
I have all the Metroid Prime games, i may get the collected one if I can find it. It's a shame atmoshere took a shift out of the whole solitary feel but they all hold up, at least to me.
Gotta love those cheap used games 
That's Shameful Nintendo, you let the PS3 do this before you? It's bad enough Tales of Grace ddn't get a wider release.
Still, it's cool, i've only started ToSymphonia and haven't gotten round to buying 2.
I've got a huge RPG list myself, And summer is a good time to destroy your backlog.
A good RPG doesn't have grinding as a first resort, i've played games where the main story diddn't get me at the level i needed till i went out of my way to get at a satisfying level.

I was actually watching that vid this morning, my exact words "Finally!" I'm not into KH but playing some of the games all i was left with was questions. And people complained about the Zelda games, hoho!
I had to do 8 again after being put off years ago, and 12 was because i still hadn't played it yet. I'll eventually give up on 8 because the junction stuff is lame busy-work. I'll go back to 9, from last year, i'm at that bit in the forest after the crash.
