Yup, lived here all my life.
I never had a Genesis as a kid, so I missed out on this back in the day. But I did play it on collections later.
I have to say that it's a really neat game, but too darn hard! That's actually the trouble I have with most Treasure games. They're either too hard or too short (or both). So I think Treasure is a bit overrated. They have a lot of good ideas, though. They just don't execute them as well sometimes.
Have you ever played the Gunstar Heroes sequel on GBA? That one was neat because some stages make reference to other SEGA classics like Flicky, Thunder Blade, and After Burner.
Even though I think Treasure is overrated, there is one game of theirs I REALLY liked. And that was Astro Boy: Omega Factor for GBA. Have you ever played it? You should. It's one of the best GBA games out there. --Cary
It's a neat idea, and I like writing about games just as much as playing them, but I think when I'm on my game console, I just want to play the game.
Yeah I'm not a big fan of Twilight Princess either (graphics are so brown and muddy it made it hard to play). But Zelda is awesome in that game (and really pretty, too).
Yeah it's brilliant. The writing is superbly fantastic, and the gameplay doesn't get stale or bloated like other RPGs tend to be.
No he never did anything cruel, he was just disturbing and bonkers.
I never got into Castlevania games, except one: Kid Dracula. Konami should revive that one.
And thanks for reading my blog.
I bet you're excited about A Link Between Worlds, then, since it's a sequel to A Link to the Past.
My favorite Zelda game is Link's Awakening.
Sorry to say, but I just don't like Zelda 2 that much.
At least in most games where you fight Green Man Ganondorf, you also get to fight Pig Monster Ganon, too.
