I've finished the first three you mentioned, but never got to play Skyward Sword due to lack of a Wii.
The people who did go for him seemed to enjoy it. I definitely think he plays the role well, it's just the jokes didn't really land with me outside a couple soft chuckles.
Again, I can see what people like about the movie, but as someone whose reaction to the first trailer was more "that looks like a Smurfs or Alvin/Chipmunks movie with Sonic than a so-bad-i'ts-good thing" I feel I was correct the first time.
I became a lot more interested after the redesign (better trailer imo) and good reviews came pouring in, but the actual plot and characters are pretty much what the first trailer promised.
Funny how you really don't know what something you're in looks like until you're on the other side.
I actually got to the phone interview with the Disney College program and decided it was not for me. As one of my friends commented, I'm not really a "Disney guy" (I like their movies a lot, but I dress more like I'm heading up Slipknot or Black Dahlia Murder or some other metal band when in casual clothes) and I didn't think it was the right fit for me.
I was a dumb Freshman, so I'm surprised the lady who saw me in person with a Mickey Mouse sticker on my forehead as a joke even let me do the preliminary screening.
I'm glad you got the experience though. I know people who really dug doing that program and one of my coworkers in college was Tigger at one time.
I had no idea this existed until game grumps played it and when I got the SNES Mini I realized how fun it is.
I did not know it is known for being difficult, but then again I'm not sure how far in I am.
Indeed.
Sounds like the perfect mobile game to be honest.
Oh yeah, it definitely gives its audience what they want. I have no ill will toward it, I just regret paying more than $5. lol
And I remembered you talking about the character who shows up after the credits more than you saying it was bad ... I should have listened/read better.
I definitely overlook its flaws and spend too much time with it, so "in love" might be a good way of putting it.
And the Sonic movie will definitely please die hard fans and was charming enough. I just am not a die hard enough fan to get much out of it. People seem to be really enjoying it though, and I'm not trying to take that away. Just not my thing.
