Best review on BOTW I have read! you really tap into 'how it feels to play' especially with your referrence to both past Nintendo games and modern open world games. Actually feel like you have helped me find a way to describe it to others. Great job!

A quinntet of clusterfragging!

Hey Ben, how you doing!

I was having a discussion the other day with some of my students about facebook and attempting to highlight the dangers of putting oursleves online. Facebook, you tube and hundreds of other sites (including this one) carry with them a certain element of risk in that we expose ourselves to people who don't know us. On this site it's relatively safe faire as the majority of discussion is video game based (for most people a part of their total life pie which is just a tiny sliver. Facebook however requires you to be you and invites friends to add to you 'personality'. This still poses a danger though becuase text can be easily miss interpreted and the 'ststus' option is often used in moments of emotional auto drive.

I suppose my point is that anyone who attcks, slanders or puts down anyone online knows only a portion of what is really going on and in these times I always look back to my own experiences and the dozens upon dozens of times I ve made judgements about someone and been wrong.

It is foolish to air dirty laundry online. Something I ve never wanted to be a part of because I don't know if I could live with myself should one of my comments be an additional cause to someone having a breakdown or worse. The truth is people like to think that they know what people deserve but until we can read minds that is a false reality.

HD Remakes I want Nintendo to make

Couldn't agree more with your selections, specially Starfox and F - Zero, my mind is finding it hard to stray from a Majora's Mask 3d remake though

Microsoft has betrayed their fans again! Not a trolling blog.

Hey GM good to see you around, I was wondering if you'd join us here on Pixlbit! I can certainly see your point here and understand that some who adopted the system early might feel the bite but with Kinect I suppose we can't fully predict whats around the corner. It's been reported that the new generation of consoles will have a 10-15 yearlife span so it's plenty of time to make kinect relevant to gaming however at this stage I remain skeptical.

The ironic thing here is that when a company makes a statement about their product, its the consumer who decides if that statement is true, adjusting their stance is necessary if the consumer feels differently and if they bullishly slog on (a la Nintendo) then they can lose some serious face so I understand why Microsoft has changed their stance. I like X box, it fits with my idea of gaming and the 360 was one of the best gaming times I ve ever had, perhaps new developments will make the XBone a force to be reckoned with and I personally think Microsoft has made a smart move to focus on the 'multi media entertainment' idea as thats what will naturally come forth over the next decade, however I suspect that Apple will steal the show beofre long in that regard. MS are just trying to secure their place in the newly emerging market.

Again good to see you, hope you stick around.

Question 2#, Opinions Wanted!

Depersonalisation is the issue, War and violence stories don't shock as much because our media is so heavily saturated by it. In WWI green troops found it hard to shoot real people instead of targets so to counter measure this they made the targets people shaped. Call f duty and battlefield certainly contribute to the fact that more and more young people lack the forethought of consequences, particularly when it comes to taking a life. People who say that video games do not influence young people fail to see that the very fact of being Human means that you are influenced to learn behaviour at an early age. It's a good thing that today's western generation do not know the true pain and horror of war, it shows minimal experience of conflict on a global scale, however unfortunately this makes it easier to manipulate our youth in service.

Dude this is awesome! I like Bens rougher look, he would certainly be needing a shower and hair brush after dealing with all the crap he's had thrown at him!

Chillin villain spillin!

wow! Seriously Ben loving the work, you may feel that your villains are too generic but it's the basics that are standing out to me here, your getting really adventurous with the stance your figures are taking and it's really paying off!
