Hi everyone. Are you as confused as I am ? I though we were supposed to start come Monday. This weekend is throwning me off. But it has given me an idea two kill two stones with on power shot.....(I should mention I am writing this while taking heavily medicated, so excluse the typos). Today I wanted to opent the floor and let you ask me pretty much anything, I've seen these blogs before and they looked fun but I never felt I was open enough to try it. So I'm takikng a shot here. The only things off limits like where I live and the like. But beyond that? Just go for it! I'll be writing for my Fighting games 2014 preview and playing Tekken Revolution and Soul Calibur 5 all day today. So I'll be popping later on. Cya!

Greetings and salivations to you all. Its been awhile since I posted anything here but I have been keeping up with most things on the site including Matt's awesome idea of doing Blog-A-Day again. I'm pleased to announce that I'm be join the fun/madness. I already have a plan of what plan to write about sort of. One week will be devoted to a fighting game preview week for 2014 that I've been itching to write and another will be devoted to Wayfoward games I like (that you should totally play) Beyond that though, I'm not sure. I was thinking about things I haven't written about but always wanted to try write sometime things like reviews, semi-serious pieces, and even ask me anything blog. I'm trying to better prepare myself versus last year which I kind of had no clue and made it very challenging. Then again, I also did the stupid thing of blogging 7 days a week for 31 days instead of 5 days a week and 29 days. Even crazier is the fact that I might just do the 31 days again because I got a sort of challenging fun from writing that many days straight but I just might not do it for 7 days straight. Which is kind of the point of me of writing this blog.

If you have been holding out on buying Ultimate Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 or Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 because you don't have a reason, well here's one: both games are about to be delisted from digital market places on Xbox Live and Playstation Network.

No, that's not a typo. This is a game reviewed by me from 10 years ago. I was a much different person convinced that I was going to be a video game journalist. So convinced in fact, I wrote and self-published my own reviews and magazine called "The Black Reviewer". Yeah, the name was bad in retrospect. Nevertheless, I wrote many reviews for myself back then and this is where my passion for writing (and subsequently fighting games) really started. The following is from one of my favorite reviews that I ever wrote. It is almost completely unedited with the removal of one small detail. Unfortunately, everything else is the same include the really terrible typos amassed throughout. So with that...um..enjoy? I think?
