In non-videogame news, after years of talking about it (decades, really), I'm on a fitness program. For the past two months, I've been walking (almost) every morning, and I'm up to a mile and a half in 25 minutes. For the past month, I've been lifting weights about six days a week (different muscle groups on different days) and doing yoga every day. I'm down to 184 again after the past six months of stress-eating and sliding backwards, and my belly is shrinking. I'm also building muscle - I'm really proud of my calves and thighs right now. Overall I feel great. It's pretty addictive, actually, if you stick with it. Dieting has taught me to stick with it if I miss a day or two, and not get discouraged to break the routine. And like with dieting, it's nice to see the hard work resulting in differences in my body. Very proud of myself.
