What does that mean again........{does a quick google search}........................."Blog-A-Day"? Dang, not sure if I can find some to blog about on daily basis. Consider that fact that I'm not home 14 days out of the month. Not to mention that place that I stay at during those 14 days, the internet connection is pretty terrible at times. Its really hard to post things on other social media sites like tumblr.

Truth be told, I don't really like writing this kinds of year in review type of blogs. They take a lot of thought and sometime I just get kind of nervous thinking about it. Which was one of the reasons why I didn't do one last year. Plus I'm kind of busy with work and most of the time its just pure laziness. Not to mention there is just a whole lot of games that come out late in the year, not to mentions games I've finally gotten around to playing from previous years. Speaking of games of previous years, that's probably were I'm going to start.

But I'm going to tell you something, I wrote a blog here a month ago. One that was going to tell you about the stuff that happen since my last blog back in June or July. Anyways, after finishing said blog; I pressed the post button. Only to discover that I lost my blog, after that I accepted my defeat and kind of put off this place for a while. Anyways, I started working at another place; still scaffolding although I don't know why, it just pays a little more than working behind a cash register. However it means that I stay in camp since I don't want to wake up at 4:00 am during a Canadian Winter every morning, drive to the bus to work, ride said bus for 90 minutes and work 12 hours.

Evo 2014 happened last weekend, congrats to Justin Wong for taking out ChrisG and his awful Morrigan bullcrap. First up is Ken Masters, who doesn't like Ken although I heard that he was top tier/scrub material when Super Street Fighter IV can on the scene. I don't know what his status is now but I think its cool that somebody won USFIV tournament with Rose.

One of the things that I like about Garry's Mod was ability to take videogame characters and pose them for art references. The only thing that kept me from doing so was posing characters in Garry's Mod was hard due to cumbersome controls and annoying ragdoll physics. It was kind of exhausting trying to pose characters, especially when they weren't rigged properly. Plus you had to pay for Garry's Mod; while Source Filmmaker which is still in Beta is free. Which is one of the reason why I switched over to SFM, plus I don't have to worry about ragdoll physics. Using SFM for the first is quite perplexing; I didn't know how to control the camera or move models around. However there are several tutorials on Youtube and after watch a few them; posing characters became second nature.
