So I'm no stranger to exercise, but I got the idea to try something a bit different. I'm calling it the Big Boss Workout. Inspired by Venomous Punished Snake in MGSV. He is one of the most dynamic characters you can control in a video game yet. A sneaking, sprinting, climbing, crawling, shooting, dive rolling, CQCing badass. I already do a weights workout, but I want to tailor that to help give me functional strength that would benefit me on the battlefield of life. I know I'll have to really upgrade my cardio, Snake can haul ass in the game. Also work on pullups and other climbing-beneficial exercises. Maybe train martial arts? (with throws, joint locks, boxing and whatever else he does in the game). Looking for suggestions, so any of you were in the military, sports, have experience in rock climbing, martial arts, etc. feel free to advise me. So far I have this:
