Just to satiate my curiosity about just what caused my 3DS to mess up in the first place, I came across this thread on a DIY repair site that sums up just what the problem was and some of the work involved in fixing it.

As a bit of an experiment, I decided to try out the in-game option in USFIV to upload replay data to YouTube. Unsure if it was due to my shoddy Internet connection or other stuff but it took way more tries than I would like to get the videos uploaded. Managed to get four videos up, at least so for anyone who doubted my (lack of) ability to play fighting games, here you go (I'm Player One!):

Taking a bit of an unintentional break from Citizens of Earth, as I've been forgetting to play it the past few days. Been preoccupied with watching videos of WWE 2K16 for PS4 and neglecting to use my 3DS for anything else. That being said, I probably won't be getting the PS3 version of the game as it looks like an only very slightly updated version of the previous one and I only got it because it was cheap and allowed me to qualify for free shipping on Amazon.

Looks like GOG is doing a thing where you can get Rise of the Triad for free on their site. Limited supply, so get it while you can! And if you want to, of course.
