Nintendo’s E3 Digital Event was an amazing presentation this year. They went all out with the video, even to the point of enlisting the animators of Robot Chicken for intermission scenes. So many games were introduced: Bayonetta 2 bundled with the first game (with additional customs added), a Yoshi Yarn game, the Amiibo toys, Mario Maker, Hyrule Warriors, and then some. I personally recommend watching the video if you haven’t yet (that being a big if) but here are my personal highlights:

After sleeping the whole day away I missed most of Sony's E3 conference. With that aside I did see some things that got me interested. Since this is already a late entry I'll make it a short editorial, also because there were really two things that I'm hyped about. Anyways, two things that got my attention:

E3 2014 is about two weeks away and I’m sure that all of you are as psyched as I am. As many of you are watching like a dog for certain titles I’ll also keep an eye out for certain announcements, especially Nintendo’s E3 Direct.

On April 8^th a Nintendo Direct Special for the new Super Smash Bros. for 3DS and Wii U showcased more gameplay, new mechanics, and new characters. However, there were a few things missing. One of which happens to be one for the first twelve fighters in the Smash Bros. circuit. Along with some missing fighters there are also some fan wishes out there, so let's take a look at a few of them.

I was looking through the YouTube pages of The Game Theorists and eventually came accross some rants over Samus and her current designs on Super Smash Bros. 4 (both her Other M Power Suit and her jet powered heels). On a Chris Niosi (aka Kirbopher) vlog video I left a comment about my opinion about sexualizing Samus and using the Other M designs. This may have been a poorly written comment on a popular Internet personality's YouTube video but here's what I wrote:

A little late for the party but I figure I should write an article for the 25th anniversary of the GameBoy. Instead of going through the history of Nintendo’s best selling portable console I’m going to talk about my personal history with GameBoys, a sort of memoir.

As I may have mention before, I have considered streaming. After watching some other videos, however, I may have a change of heart. While I do have an excellent writing proficiency the same cannot be said about my verbal communication. Sure it is easy for me to talk during a game when playing with a friend but when it comes to entertaining people I believe I'll fall flat in a second. If I can do silent sessions just to show off my mad skills, and lack of there of, I would but that might be boring. So for now, there will be no streaming from me.
