The always online-DRM is just going to kill it for me. Right now I'm definitely leaning towards Sony, but I'll wait until the May reveal to truly decide how I'm going to roll. There are a lot of rumors out there at the moment, I just need to be patient and wait for the truth I suppose.
I really enjoyed Bulletstorm whenever it came out. I was a bit disappointed in the ending (No spoilers!), but other than that I really really really hope they release a sequel.
I'm honestly not that worried about Nintendo skipping out on E3. As long as they continue with their Nintendo Direct so we stay up-to-date with their latest news then I'm all good.
As for E3 though in general; I have a feeling it will soon be a distant memory. With Nintento doing the N-Direct and the recent PS4 Announcement in February and Xbox's announcement in May, I actually think E3 may eventually dwindle away to obscurity. I hope not, because I loved watching it every year. But it's just how I see it turning out I suppose.
I went to GameStop a couple months ago and I was browsing the PS2 games and I found War of the Monsters. It's not a very well-known game, but it was fun as hell!
