To date I have trophied out on the game and it was a blast doing it. the only issue I had was trying to perk out my gernade skills. It was really hard for me to get enemies to drop their gernades so they could take out other foes, along with tossing them back to get them killed. It went against my nature of just running up to them and filling their bodies with lead.

Uber is not that bad really. Just have to take it slow and careful. it also helps when you have all the heath/armor upgrades and perk unlocks. That's how I did it with my game.

Love the idea of the super horn. Can't wait to use it and finally stick it to those damned blue shells. Even if it's not 100% it's better than nothing.

and thus your awesome sauceness has been affirmed. I'm still sinking my teeth in the first game let alone trying out the sequel.

I think it's time to bury the hatch on EA since they've learned their lesson about thier ONline pass and finally see what this Dead Space series game is all about. I liked the railgun shooter Extraction for the Wii so who's to say I won't like the main series itself?

Not sure if I could agree in a sense. I found Slender to be quite scary at times but only thanks to the jump scare tactics it uses in the game for the purpose of drawing a scare. It's why I got a number one ranking in my halloween gaming list a coulpe of years back.

But with that said I can see where your coming from with that notion given it's just an scanvenger hunt. Even the slender man's appearances can be tracked and predicted with enough brainpower to figure out the sequences. I only mention this given how the original clock tower game only gave you the option to hide before traps could be used and some consider that game a worthy title to be considered horror.

it does make me wonder though where all of this "you can't fight back" idea came about in deciding what was or wasn't survival horror. Was it the action oriented turn that was RE4? or the run away variant idie titles as of late from the PC that got lots of attention?

I'm with you 100% with this whole concept of "games as a service" concept. But given the lesser of the two evils and getting stuck with an online pass system, I'd rather take the service than the pass.

Plus I'm a patient man, I can hold out until I know for sure I'll be getting the best deal once all the DLC, extras and season passes are fully realized. that's how I finally got Bioshock Infinite, a game series I was throbbing to play but didn't gather the nerve until I knew what was all there in the end. Got the season pass on sale and the game itself for under $40. I consider that a win despite having to wait almost two years for it all.

If games are suckers to buy in on the online pass, we should expect this games-as-a-service" concept to stick around for awhile.

Still have not played this game. Been meaning to get it but I keep seeing it for $30. Every time I see it for $20 with their best games selection, they are always sold out!

but you have to save the environment by not buying those bags so you can afford to get more biofriendier carrier devices to ensure we don't trash our planet with our grocery bags and what not....

Cute little chibis! never knew about this game either. This collection just games more and more itnerestin.g Don't know why I passed it up in the past.

this new batman game just came out of no where for me. I wasn't even expecting it. I need to see about playing the first two titles first though. I'm still behind given my first passing of the first game and the original online pass issues with the second game.
