Yeah, I had that switch ready lol. If that's the case I don't see how it could hurt. I kinda wish I would have got one of these because I ended up buying a Genesis anyway. These kinds of systems are nice if you don't have the space for the original hardware. $50 isn't bad either.
I don't know about the Retron 3, but I bought a FC Twin, and that was the best $40 I ever spent. It sounds like they suffer from the same issues. Crappy included controllers, slightly off audio, and some compatibility issues. I thought you was trying to sell off your collection? Wouldn't buying one of these open up the floodgates? I went utterly beserk when I got mine lol. 
Nice write up. This game truly is BAD!! Just not in the way that the developers meant lol. My cousin used to have it, and I remember it being awful. Out of curiosity I bought it for $1. It was bad. Oh so bad. The only things I liked about it was the plot (totally ridiculous) and that sound effect: "I'M BAD!!!" 
I never heard of this game, but I love Magic. I still have my old cards and play with my brother sometimes. A combination of that and monopoly sounds interesting. Do you know how much this game usually goes for?
Nice song Philip. I've been playing Sonic 2 a lot lately since I hooked my Genesis up again. This version makes me want to dance. It's too bad I suck at dancing lol. I didn't know that the OCR dudes did the soundtrack for Street Fighter 2 HD Remix. Some of those songs are fantastic! How many times has that game been remade anyway? Like a gagillion? lol 
I'll be playing Dark Souls soon, so I'm sure I'll be in the same boat lol. No matter how hard it is, you gotta resist that urge man! 3DS systems are expensive!

I wouldn't get rid of Power Blade 2. Maybe in a couple of years. If you get desperate for money you can sell it for a vast sum. I've been meaning to buy the first Power Blade for awhile now. I love Gremlins 2. The movie anyway. I never played the NES game. Was the NES version any good?

Sounds like you had a blast! I used to watch RAW all the time. It was like a soap opera, but with giant, sweaty men lol. Good luck with Demon Souls. I plan on starting Dark Souls soon. From what I played of it, it really doesn't seem too bad. I'll probably end up bugging Chris for walkthroughs though lol. 
Well, It's probably way too early to say that. I just hope Nintendo takes care in how these games are handled. ALTTP is much beloved by a great many people. I'd hate to see angry mobs descending upon Nintendo with torches and pitchforks lol.
