I never got a chance to play the original LttP more than just a bit, so it will be nice if I can scrounge up the money for a 3DS to play it.

As for the Navy, I've never done anything like that, military etc., but I definitely understand just needing to quit a job, especially if you've been screwed over. I got out of a stressful one by graduating last year, and while progress on finding a substantial, long-term job has been slow (re: SLLOOOOWWW), I do feel good about having more freedom and not feeling so stressed. lol

I wonder if SSX and Medal of Honor got bad reviews for being too similar to their former titles; if so, I'd probably still enjoy them.

I missed out on MGS 3. Some day... lol.

I have smaller hands too, probably why I liked the Gamecube controller when it came out.

There's even an April Fools spoof of it with Andrew WK narrating that is about Taco Bell. Not game related, but amusing.

I love the SNES, and at the same time, aside from DKC and Yoshi's Island, mostly missed out on these games when it was still in its heyday. But honestly, if anything, that excites me even more, as I get to see what I missed, potentially.

Well, I meant they don't feel the need to shoehorn things in aside from 3D (an optional gimmick that doesn't affect gameplay control) for the 3DS, specifically, not that gimmicks weren't apparent on other devices. Guess I could have been more clear on that, but I was just agreeing with what you said in the blog, more or less.

Wasn't there a Colbert Report where they foreclosed a Bank of America branch? Or was that a different finance company? Also, I think said foreclosure was reported elsewhere, but I'm a white, twenty-three year old male, so don't expect things against type for me. Also, it proves a point about how entertainment is growing in importance as you said, doesn't it? I may as well be watching Colbert, because as we saw once again with the false "scoops" during the Boston Bombing, even the news channels are entertainment networks, not solidly journalistic entities.

I strongly dislike EA's practices, but support marriage equality ... did not think one would have to do with the other in the context of voting on the Consumerist's Razzie equivalent.

I was not aware of the Nintendo/Sony/Amazon thing, so can't really comment, either. I agree you'd probably get "we don't comment on specualtion" from any involved parties, anyway.

I'm excited for them using the third dimension in a top-down Zelda as well. I will listen to the second half of this later.

I vote for Cary's entry, unless something blows it out of the water by Saturday. I certainly can't do anything better on this topic.

Elite Beat Agents is one of, and I recently and temporarily deemed it my #1 game of all time, but I don't know if I've even played ten different rythm games, which is how many he discussed, and I found out about this contest through it.

Harmoknight does sound like a cool game, though.
