Computer tinkering can be fun if also frustrating. I used to do it on my old towers. Now I just get a laptop and throw out the old one (or give it to a friend). I've had surprisingly little trouble with my present laptop. Runs like a champ, but then I don't use it for games or store lots of video on it either - just writing and music.
I want to try Wiz V again sometime. I play super cautious too. You have to in Wiz games. They really try to mess with you in the mapping too, trying to get you lost. You can't be too careful.
Man, those are all cool!
Well, speaking of the PSN Wizardry. That game smoked me bad and it seemed wholly unfair. I mean orignial Wiz is hard, but it seems fair; you make a mistake, and you pay for it. But Labyrinth of Lost Souls just kills you for no reason. You're exploring a Floor and you get a random encounter that's impossible. You're not on a lower Floor that you shouldn't be on either, just a regular Floor just right for your level. I call that BS.
The PS2 Wizardry, Tale of the Forsaken Land, was like that too. Fooey on those!
I think if I go on a long plane flight sometime, I'd want an iPad. It just seems like the perfect travel companion.
I could play Wizardry anytime, anywhere. It never gets old to me.
The only pit I came across was one on Floor 2. I think you're right it's probably Floor 6. The series got a little carried away with pits after this game I think. Wizardry II put me off with all its pits in the very first level and Wizardry V on SNES was also pit crazy. What's with the darn pits! Enough with that!
I think I haven't seen it either, but I hear it's super fun.
I got the naked and dumping ice on myself down, but Adam Baldwin still doesn't answer my calls. What do I do?
After I finish EDF 2025 with my friend Mark, I'm going to get either Diablo III or Gears of War Judgment so we can continue the co-op. Gears might be first because it's cheaper but I will get to D3 sometime soon.
